If you live out-with these areas but in the EU and you request our services we will obtain the requisite authorisation prior to giving any advice though we may feel able to express an opinion as to whether or not we could be of assistance in any case.
If you live out-with the EU and contact us for advice we would require to confirm if we could provide advice without breaking the law in your country of residence and/or whether there were any restrictions on you holding any particular type of investment in any case e.g. if you are a US citizen.
In the event of any such prohibition we would be pleased to recommend you to another broker who can assist.
