We have been advising clients as Archtrust since 1996 with a client base mainly across Central Scotland and Fife but more recently in England as a result of professional connections we have developed.
Our Managing Director, having been trained as a Banker, in the Trustee Savings Bank brings an ethos to the company that service comes before profit and yet hopefully good service will be profitable as customers become clients as long term relationships are established.
He moved into insurance after nearly 20 years with the Bank where he witnessed the good, the bad and the ugly side of selling. The company therefore takes one line in all its business with clients i.e. the right product for the right client at the right price.
This is followed up with regular contact to ensure that customers become clients.
Everyone in the company appreciates how the company is to be presented and the service you receive will be the same no matter which consultant or representative you speak to.
